Nathaniel is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 11 years of experience in marketing strategy, content development, brand storytelling, and media production. He has led end-to-end marketing initiatives and developed strategic content across radio, television, and digital platforms.
At DIPS, Nathaniel guides students through practical, industry-informed learning in marketing, communications, and media, emphasizing hands-on application, critical thinking, and skills-based instruction. His expertise helps learners develop the confidence and competencies needed to succeed in professional and digital environments.

Franzy Bowen, MHA
Instructor
Franzy is an experienced project management professional with over a decade of experience planning, coordinating, and delivering health-focused projects at national, regional, and international levels. She has managed initiatives supported by UNFPA, IPPF, and UNICEF, and contributed to healthcare planning projects with Mount Hope Hospital and Mount Sinai Health System. At DIPS, Franzy brings her professional expertise into practical, skills-based learning, guiding students in planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Her instruction emphasizes bridging theory with applied practice, equipping learners with the competencies needed to manage projects effectively in professional settings.

Shabekie is a dedicated youth leader, educator, and programme facilitator with extensive experience in youth development, leadership training, and community engagement across Guyana. She has held advisory, coordination, and instructional roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to mentorship and leadership development.
At DIPS, Shabekie guides learners in building confidence, character, and practical leadership skills. Her instruction emphasizes structured learning, mentorship, and purpose-driven development, helping students translate leadership principles into real-world application while supporting DIPS’ mission of accessible, values-based, and skills-focused education.

Alisha is a data analytics professional with hands-on experience in coding, data analysis, and model development using tools such as Python, R, and SQL. She has worked across end-to-end analytics workflows, including data preparation, analysis, visualization, and the development of predictive models to support decision-making. At DIPS, Alisha brings a practical, skills-based approach to teaching coding and programming, guiding learners in applying data analytics techniques to real-world business and operational problems. She emphasizes analytical thinking skills and the confidence to work effectively with real datasets.

Azara Lavia, Cert. PR

Azara Lavia is a seasoned media and communications professional with nearly two decades of experience across broadcasting, journalism, public relations, and digital media. She has worked in radio, television, news production, and strategic communication, and is the proprietor of Inspire Antigua and Barbuda, a digital media platform focused on values-driven storytelling and community impact. At DIPS, Azara brings a practical, purpose-driven approach to teaching Digital Marketing and Personal Branding, guiding learners in building authentic personal brands, effective media presence, and impactful communication strategies for today’s digital landscape.

Keeron Isaac is a pre med graduate and five time author who specializes in S.E.A and C.X.C Tutoring. He is covers both E.L.A and components of S.T.E.M. He has been a private tutor for the past four years and has recently started working with neurodivergent teenagers -including adopting his teaching mechanisms to facilitate overall growth , learning and development amongst them.At DIPS, he contributes as a CXC and CAPE instructor, bringing learner-centred, adaptive teaching approaches that strengthen academic performance, build confidence, and support diverse learning needs across secondary-level programmes.

Lessie-Ann Joseph, BSc.

Lessie-Ann Pascall-Joseph is an experienced administrative and executive support professional with extensive expertise in office management, organizational coordination, and executive operations. She has supported senior leadership across healthcare, education, and corporate environments, with responsibilities including scheduling, correspondence, logistics coordination, and compliance support. At DIPS, Lessie-Ann brings a practical, standards-driven approach to teaching Office Administration, guiding learners in developing the professional skills, efficiency, and workplace readiness required for modern administrative roles..

Carol Williams is a seasoned events decorator with over 40 years of professional experience in the events and décor industry. Her work spans both local and regional markets, where she has successfully designed and executed décor concepts for a wide range of corporate, governmental, and private events. Throughout her distinguished career, Carol has contributed to numerous governmental initiatives across Trinidad and Tobago, delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive, and visually impactful event environments. Known for her consistency, creativity, and attention to detail, she brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of event aesthetics, logistics, and execution, making her a respected and trusted professional in the industry.

Grace Tappin-George is a trained educator and social services professional with over 27 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. She has served as an Acting Graduate Senior Mistress and is also a Social Worker and Para-Professional Counsellor trained through the University of the Southern Caribbean. Grace holds multiple certifications including the Teaching of Reading (UWI), Special Education, Child Protection, Community Development, Leadership, Women’s Ministries, Urban Planning, and Autism. Currently pursuing studies in Management, she brings a compassionate, student-centered, and community-focused approach to education and support services, with a strong commitment to inclusive learning, child advocacy, and holistic development.

Petra Trudy-Ann Roberts is a trained social work and behavioural science professional with over two decades of experience supporting children, youth, and families in educational and community settings. She currently serves as a School Social Worker, where she provides counselling, assessments, interventions, home visits, and advocacy for students and families. Petra holds a BSc in Behavioural Science and formal training in psychology, mediation, and child development. With extensive experience in community life instruction and youth development through SERVOL, she brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and people-centred approach to social work, with a strong commitment to child protection, family engagement, and holistic development.

Ameeka Gairy holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education from Grand Canyon University. She is a passionate, student-focused educator committed to creating supportive and engaging learning environments that address diverse learning styles.
In the Child Care & Development course at DIPS, she equips students with practical knowledge and skills to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth in early learning settings.
